Founded in 1946, Andrews Property Group operates across 54 offices in the south of England. As the only property group that is 100% owned by charitable trusts, Andrews has yet to capitalize on the brand building opportunities associated with promoting their unique heritage.
In October 2018 Victoria was asked by the Head of Marketing to help them develop a plan to be more strategic and innovative in the way that their social purpose is communicated to target audiences.
Victoria undertook an in-depth communications review, identifying gaps and opportunities to communicate their social purpose across internal communications and customer touch points. She then delivered a framework for brand messaging, communications recommendations and a proposed plan for 2019 social purpose activity.
